Delivery Manager (Information Technology)

Vista Innovative Services, LLC is seeking a Delivery Manager to add to our Enterprise Analytics and Systems Support Services (EASSS) team in support of Human Resources Command (HRC) Enterprise Modernization Directorate (EMoD).
Responsibilities Include:

• The Delivery Manager is a project management position and shall be responsible for HRC system sustainment. The Delivery Manager will be primarily responsible for all aspects of delivering value for their supported system.
• Develop and implement delivery plans, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines as listed in the guidelines of the government.
• Manage the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members and ensuring that the project stays on track.
• Identify and manage risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.
• Track progress and adjust as needed to keep the delivery on track.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.
• Work with clients or other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
• Lead and manage a team of developers, QA, project managers, and multiple other key profiles.

• Bachelor’s degree in a field such as computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline. Education may be substituted for years of experience.
• Experience in Project Management, including Agile methodologies.
• 9 years’ experience in planning and engineering enterprise IT solutions.
• 9 years’ experience in supervising and managing IT support personnel.
• Secret Clearance
• Possess an industry standard project management certification such as Project Management Professional. Agile Certified Practitioner or equivalent certification.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
