Job description

Shape the future of Product Delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.

As a Product Delivery Manager in Cybersecurity, you will work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you will create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. In this role, you'll draw on your people and process skills to manage strategic initiatives that span the technology portfolio and have firm-wide implications on the modernization journey. You'll lead these projects from initiation through implementation, establish project requirements, priorities, and deadlines and ensure that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place. Finally, you will serve as the interlock with key stakeholders across the firm to help deliver the best possible results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Product Delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Lead the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners 
  • Ensure the accepted product backlog is in place, visible, and managed as capacity and capability is available.
  • Align audit & regulatory commitments to products.
  • Ensure all commitments are mapped to Product book of work and prioritized.
  • Execute on the product vision & ensure key content is readily available to key stakeholders & users

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product Delivery or a relevant domain area and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proficient knowledge of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS-based technologies, and agile delivery practices.
  • Cloud:  public cloud services, technology and architectures - AWS (preferred), Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • SaaS based technologies (ie.  AppOmni, Wiz, Obsidian…etc.)
  • Cybersecurity:  Cyber Ops (SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Digital Forensics, Attack Analysis, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail and ability to present professionally and accurately.  A proven collaborator and negotiator able to build relationships with high-performing teams and individuals to accomplish common goals.
  • Strong time management, able to multi-task and manage complex work plans and conflicting priorities.
  • A customer-centric problem solver able to think strategically and identify opportunities to enhance existing processes.
