Overview
The Delivery Helper assists delivery drivers with assigned route delivery functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver products as invoiced to specified licensed retailers
- Check-in invoiced orders with customers in a friendly, courteous manner
- Collect and return all payments as required
- Account for all invoices of merchandise delivered and merchandise returned
- Collect empty boxes to be used for redelivery, as needed
- Ensure delivery logs are completed as required
- Ensure check-in procedures are followed daily
- Attend monthly safety meetings
- Take only safety courses and other classes as needed
- Report all moving violations to management
- Drive equipment in a professional and safe manner, as needed within licensing requirements
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) months of experience in a warehousing environment
- Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. for an extended period of time.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to obtain Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License
- Ability to navigate the assigned driving area in an efficient manner
- Customer service oriented, friendly, helpful, and have a professional disposition
