We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver/ Shop Hand to join our team. As a delivery driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our shop. This is a hands-on position that requires physical strength and the ability to coordinate well with others. We love to promote from within so ideal canidate will want a future as an HVAC technician and good performance as a driver will propell you to the next.
```Responsibilities:```
- Valid drivers license with insurable driving record
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise from trucks and trailers
- Organize and maintain inventory in the shop
- Prepare merchandise for delivery or shipment
- Operate vehicles while towing trailers loaded with equipment for deliveries
- Assist with moving heavy items within the shop
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
```Skills:```
- HVAC experience is highly desired
- Interst in becoming an HVAC technician desired
- Experience driving trucks with trailers
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
