We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Helper to join our team. As a Delivery Helper, you will assist the driver in delivering goods to customers and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and manual labor. Responsibilities:
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle
- Safely transport goods to customer locations using a designated route
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Follow delivery instructions and maintain communication with the driver
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks to move heavy items
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during deliveries
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with using pallet jacks or other equipment for moving heavy items is a plus
