Delivery Driver- Amazon Dsp- 9:20 Am Start Time

Eagles Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner DSP, delivers Amazon packages to neighbors in the community every day. We’re looking for reliable, flexible, and result-oriented individuals with a passion for service to join our team. Our Delivery Associates (drivers) exceed our customer’s expectations by safely delivering orders on-time. IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE!!!

• Shift hours 9:20 am – 7:20 pm (with lunch & breaks) available 7days/week

• Van, Gas, & Free Amazon uniforms Provided
• No CDL required
• Full-time Delivery Associates work 4 days a week and overtime available

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20.75-$25 an hour
• $0.5 Hourly Raise every 6 months
• Bi-Weekly performance-based bonus
• Up to $300 Quarterly performance-based bonus
• Additional weekly and seasonal incentives

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, bend, reach, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch to move and carry boxes up to 50 pounds during shift hours
• Must be able to operate and navigate a large van following strict safety standards and procedures on and off the road
• Must be able to easily get in and out of a van and move up and down stairs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Clean background and successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Basic Qualifications:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid PA driver's license
• Can work legally in the United States
• Able to read road signs & communicate with others effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Driving or delivery experience preferred (but not required)
• Excellent attention to details with a problem-solving mindset
• Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
