Job Summary

Inspector prime  is seeking a Field Inspector to inspect residential and commercial properties  diligently. Your goal is to gather information about the property , Take photos and deliver a letter to that property. You Will also be offered  vehicle inspections and commercial inspections as you grow with the company. You will create a report and determine a properties occupancy. You will take a few photos and leave a correspondence/letter at the property.

We are willing to train, so no experience is necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities Summary

• Thoroughly inspect a property or vehicle
• Take digital photographs and collect data
• Evaluate and consider any damages 
• Create a report from your findings 
• Perform data entry tasks as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

• Printer 
• Field inspections E&O insurance (you can purchase this insurance for around 10 to 15 bucks a month after the 1st check)
• Phone with Internet and picture taking ability.
• Vehicle to get to the assignment and complete the work order
• Keen attention to detail and analytical skills
• Background check 
• Work order system (we can provide this)
