Job Highlights: Compensation: $11.75 per hour PLUS tips. Chick-fil-A Delivery drivers are experts in hospitality and help us deliver the Chick-fil-A guest experience right to our guest's front door. At District Heights Chick-fil-A, the Delivery Driver role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity. We seek part-time candidates who have excellent people skills and a sense of urgency to help us take the Chick-fil-A guest hospitality experience on the road. Drivers must be reliable, prompt, professional and maintain Chick-fil-A's high standard of guest satisfaction at all times.

Job Requirements

• Must be experienced in driving in inclement weather
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a clean driving record for the past 2 years (Motor Vehicle Report may be obtained)
• Must provide proof of personal automobile insurance and current registration
• Provide your own vehicle that is kept clean and well maintained
• Required to have a smartphone to download the driver app
• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador
• Execute safe driving best practices when making meal deliveries
• Perform all tasks with a sense of urgency
• Complete the Chick-fil-A Driver Security and Safety Program
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Note: The final employment decision is pending based on a good driving record and background check.

Qualifications: You must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age with 3+ years of driving experience. The required driving experience counts 3+ years of driving time ONLY with a valid driver's license. You must have a good driving record, which means there should be no more than 1 minor violation or no more than a combination of 1 minor violation and 1 accident. Also, you must not have more than 1 at-fault accident on your record, whether with a company or on your personal insurance. Failure to pass the driving record criteria will be used as a reason not to accept your application. (please note - pulling the formal record is a final step in the hiring process. Must present proof of insurance to be eligible for the company's insurance coverage and driver's record (this is required). Additional Information: You must have reliable transportation and a communication device such as a cell phone. You must be punctual and professional, able to resolve setbacks and conflicts, and desire to go the extra mile for all guests. Must deliver to customers in a safe and timely manner. Must be energetic with a willingness to serve others while working in a fast-paced environment.
