Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 2:30pm-11pm AND Sat/Sunday - 12pm-8:30pm
$19/hour
Basic excel knowledge required.
Comprehensive training provided side by side with training team.

Under the direction of the Director, Pharmacy Operations, ensure time sensitive delivery requirements. Ensure all deliveries are accurate and timely. Comply with all Federal and Company privacy regulations regarding safeguarding of patient information.

Essential Job Functions (include the following):
• Assist with route optimization for all routes
• Monitor workflow and assist with staff scheduling and assignments
• Coordinate delivery preparation to ensure order is complete prior to departure
• Assist with training of new employees to understand pharmacy and all delivery procedures
• Support delivery drivers to deliver correct patient medications to facilities in a timely manner
• Complete all paperwork/filing requirements accurately at the end of each work shift
• Present a pleasant and respectful demeanor to all clients at all times
• Follow instructions precisely related to patient privacy rules
• Work with other team members as needed in special circumstances; be flexible as needed
• Act as a delivery driver as needed
• Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed
Education and/or Certifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Driver's License
• Willing to pursue Certified Pharmacy Technician License
Skills and Qualifications:
• 1+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute for experience)
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
• Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
• Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
• Knowledge of routing and training drivers
Work Environment:
• Requires travel by ground
