Deli Associate

D'Angelo Market is looking for a Deli Associate to join our team in Princeton, NJ.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve food

• Stock product appropriately
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, Deli, and equipment
• Comply with health and safety standards at all times
• Assist customers in need
• Adhere to all policies and procedures
• Be a team player!

Experience:

• 1+ years as a Deli Associate or Cook is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
• Experience in a fast-casual restaurant environment is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and other staff members (delivery drivers, cooks, etc.)is required. We are willing to train the right person.
• Able to work independently and take direction is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours) is required. We are willing to train the right person.
• Able to lift up to 25lbs is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.38 - $18.00 per hour
