Dedicated Trimmer

This is a dedicated trimming role for expert-level Glacier employees who want to focus on trimmer. Pay is based on amount of weight trimmed to specification per day. Starting pay is $10.50/hr for 1lb per day in an 8hr shift and 15 cents per gram trimmed over 454g in the same day, without limitation.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Trimming (minimum 454g/day after 1 week of training)
2. Cleaning up work area and tools
3. If no trimming is available, will be asked to help with packaging or harvest defoliation at a rate of $16/hr or day will be given off.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 34 per week
