Debt Negotiation Specialist / Company Overview:

We live and breathe consumer debt relief. We provide the highest quality debt relief services through certified and compliant settlement programs. Our Debt Negotiation Specialist are working directly with creditors to build rapport and obtain the best settlements for our clients' unsecured debt.

Debt Negotiation Specialist Responsibilities:

· Debt Negotiation Specialist contact and build solid relationship with creditors, collection agencies, and attorneys/law firms to negotiate unsecured debts for a reduced settlement on client’s behalf.

· Debt Negotiation Specialist will use company guidelines, calculate acceptable settlement amounts.

· Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly production goal.

· Debt Negotiation Specialist provides oversight to client debt portfolios to determine best plan of action for settling their debt.

· Review client’s funding accounts to determine availability of funds.

· Gather and submit required documentation for approval and payment of settlements and fees.

· All other assigned duties.

Debt Negotiation Specialist Required Skills:

· Time Management Skills: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

· Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.

· Debt Negotiation Specialist have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a requirement.

· Computer savvy: above average working knowledge of Excel is important.
