Location: City of Decatur (On the bus line, near multiple restaurants)

Position: Debt Collection Specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting debtors to collect outstanding debts
• Negotiating payment plans
• Maintaining accurate records of debt collection activities
• Adhering to all laws and regulations governing debt collection
• Collaborating with team members to achieve collection targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in debt collection or related fields preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Hours & Compensation:

• Pay: $18 to $22 per hour - depending on experience
• Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
