Dealership Receptionist Part-Time

Our thriving auto group is searching for a part-time Dealership Receptionist with solid communication skills to provide excellent customer service to all customers entering our showroom. The ideal candidate will happily answer phones, respond to emails professionally, and increase efficiencies within the car dealership. In addition to serving as a greeter in the reception area, you’ll support the team by marketing the company and planning automotive dealership events. $16 - $18 hourly

• Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity within the car dealership and automotive group as a whole
• Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to improve the dealership’s visibility within the community
• Order office equipment and supplies, as needed
• Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of all skills related to receptionist duties duties
• Answer incoming calls and emails, and direct customers to the appropriate person, and field customer complaints professionally

• Associate’s degree preferred, but not required; high school diploma is mandatory
• Displays strong time management skills and the ability to quickly and accurately complete detailed work
• Possesses excellent interpersonal communications skills and an enthusiasm for working with customers
• Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative support experience in a car dealership environment is desired
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and the ability to learn new programs quickly
