Your excellent communication skills, both over the phone and through email, leave a lasting positive impression on every customer you interact with. Every day, you answer inquiries thoroughly, schedule appointments promptly, process vehicle orders with accuracy and attention to detail, and update customer records. Here's what's needed to excel in this customer service and auto sales role:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate CRM (customer relationship management) software and other sales tools
- Solid understanding of state sales and financing regulations
- Valid driver's license
A bilingual candidate would be a plus.
