- Examine customer vehicles
- Identify necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Estimate cost of repairs
- Document services performed
- Follow dealership and manufacturer repair/service guidelines
- Request necessary parts
- Performs services efficiently and according to manufacturer/dealership guidelines
- Be current on manufacturer technical bulletins
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
- Stay up to date with required training
- Maintain Customer Service Index scores at or above Company standards
- Complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA guidelines
- Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner
- Re-inspect work performed prior to returning a vehicle to the customer
- Other duties assigned by manager
Qualifications – Automotive Technician:
- Previous Automotive Maintenance experience is required
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting
- Mechanical/troubleshooting skills and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Good work ethic and problem-solving skills
- NC State Inspector License is a plus
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- A positive attitude and works well as part of a team
- Applicants must pass pre-employment screening

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
