WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Paid Dealer School is designed to teach/train aspiring table games dealers.
- Dealers are responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
- Open game at assigned table, count contents, verify count with closing list, inspect cards or dice and sign off with supervisor.
- Deal games, payout winnings, exchange currency for chips and inform guests of game rules.
- Change over deck of cards or dice, inspect and mix cards.
- Verify bank roll fills with the supervisor and security personnel.
- Ensure protection of game; maintain continuous inspection of cards or dice, ensure betting in compliance with game rules and minimums set.
- Close game; sort cards, balance rack, count chips and sign off with the supervisor.
- Maintain the honesty and integrity of assigned games, controlling pace.
- Assist guest with questions on casino activities or refer to appropriate personnel.
- Must have excellent guest service skills.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must be able to pass an audition at the end of Dealer School.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must understand and speak the English language.
