Shuffles and delivers playing cards according to established rules and procedures. Computes payable odds and commissions to pay winning bets. Pays winning bets and collects losing bets.
Explains rules of games to guests in a courteous and professional manner. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.Manages difficult or emotional customer situations and responds promptly to customer needs. Must be at least 21 years of age required Meets commitments and maintains confidentiality.

The ability to follow policies and procedures. Previous work experience in Table Games as a Dealer. Dealer must be able to define color of chips, view/read the no peek devise and stand for at least 2 and a half hours Work Environment: Employees working the Casino or Bowling Center may be exposed to second-hand smoke and moderate levels of noise.
