Position Overview:
LiveView Technologies is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deal Desk Analyst to join our growing team. As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales organization by managing the end-to-end deal process. This position requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Deal Management:
- Work closely with the sales team to review and evaluate deals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
- Analyze and structure complex deals, providing insights on pricing, terms, and contractual agreements.
- Contract Review:
- Conduct thorough reviews of customer contracts, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions to mitigate those risks.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts meet company standards and compliance requirements.
- Pricing Strategy:
- Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies based on market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
- Provide recommendations on pricing adjustments to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and other teams to streamline the deal approval process and ensure timely execution of contracts.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and various internal departments to address deal-related inquiries and issues.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all deal-related information.
- Generate reports and analyses to track key performance indicators, deal metrics, and other relevant data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, sales operations, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and contract management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
