Job Title:De Novo Project Manager
Location: Remote | Preference will be given to candidates located in Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, and Colorado
Compensation: $75,000-$85,000
Supervisor: Vice President of De Novo Strategy

As a De Novo Project Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our impact and reach by developing and launching new facilities for all levels of care. You will work closely with the VP of De Novo Strategy and other key stakeholders to plan, execute, and evaluate every aspect of new facility development, from zoning and licensing to furniture and equipment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
- Collaborate with the VP of De Novo Strategy on pipeline development and prioritization.
- Coordinate with the Construction Project Supervisor on cost estimation, scope definition, and construction timeline
- Manage the entire zoning process for all levels of care, ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes.
- Work cross-functionally to gather and submit all required documentation for the initial facility state license and follow up on any issues or feedback.
- Plan site logistics with input from clinical, operational, and marketing teams, ensuring optimal layout, design, and functionality.
- Procure standardized furniture, fixtures, and equipment, following Sandstone Care's brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Use project management and scheduling software consistently and accurately, tracking progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct postmortem reviews and lessons learned for each new facility project, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
Training & Experience:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Real Estate Zoning, and Commercial Construction.
- You are organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- You communicate effectively with different levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
- You have experience using Asana project management software.
- You have a valid driver's license and can travel as needed.
- PMP Certification is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
