The Boston Courtyard Tea Room and Map Room Lounge at the Boston Public Library is looking for a reliable, friendly and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team! As our Host/Hostess your job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet and welcome guest, provide excellent customer service, answering the telephone, reservation management in a high-volume setting, seating guests, managing client service email, booking private tea time experiences, and performing all assigned opening and closing checklists.

Experience in Resy a plus!

Requirements:

• 1-2 years restaurant experience
• English fluency required
• Daytime from 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Must be reliable, organized and efficient
• TIPS and ServSafe certification a plus
