Join our dedicated team preparing a wide variety of dishes for our award winning “ Gourmet Carry Out “ and banquet facility. Each dish is creative and made completely from scratch using a variety of cooking methods and techniques. We were innovators of this highly sought after “ Gourmet to Go “ concept since 1990 and have grown into the addition of a fine dining restaurant and banquet facility in 2003.
Each station is responsible to prepare set up 10 -15 different dishes daily in a timely manner.
Prep for weekly retail orders
Prep for and execute private events in our separate banquet kitchen
Ability to properly execute recipes and maintain an unmatched level of quality, taste and presentation
Ability to clean as you go, maintain a clean work area, equipment and utensils
Cross train on additional stations in the kitchen to increase awareness and strength
Maintain a winning and proud team mentality in our kitchen
