This person must be personable, hardworking, detailed, presentable and have accountability. Must be able to speak English or bilingual. We are looking for Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm.

- Sweep & mop or vacuum floors
- Clean bathrooms
- Change Light Bulbs
- Touch Up Painting
- Dust
- Empty trash
- Clean Elevators
- Able to lift 25lbs
- Self-motivation, the ability to identify & complete needed tasks without direct supervision
- Ability to receive feedback and apply to the work.
- Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties
- Must be able to download the ADP app on your phone.
