Dayforce Implementation Consultant

Adaptalytics, a premier Ceridian Dayforce partner is seeking candidates with Dayforce system consulting experience and a track record of building strong client relationships. We're looking for Implementation Consultants with payroll/benefits, workforce management, compensation, talent acquisition/recruiting expertise who are natural problem solvers with excellent communication skills and Dayforce experience. Primary Requirements • Certified Dayforce consultant. 2 or more years of Payroll, WFM (time/attendance), Benefits, Recruiting experience, Dayforce data conversion, Dayforce reports • Experience with full lifecycle HCM system implementations/process • Dayforce system experience • A track record of effectively meeting client deliverables during software implementations • A history of managing multiple projects at once and meeting multiple deliverables • Proven success communicating with clients and uncovering their needs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to engage clients and vendors effectively during projects and implementations • Comfortable with remote work
