Faith Journey Daycare/Preschool is located Caldwell, ID.Our goal is to Provide quality daycare in a Christ centered environment. .

The Daycare/Preschool Teacher will be responsible for providing a safe and fun place for the children to learn, play and interact. Creating a stimulating environment is key in this position, as the children will be learning and developing basic social skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create a complete and safe environment for teaching.
- Work from a Christian faith-based lesson plan.
- Offer developmentally appropriate activities to students and meet their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs.
- Address commonly identified problems of early learning; promote successful school development, including communication skills, problem solving skills, and social skills.
- Evaluate student progress; address learning needs; determine whether children need additional help or services beyond preschool.
- Use technology to enhance instruction.
- Promote social and emotional development through guidance, positive reinforcement and nurturing; foster independence.
- Communicate with other individuals outside the classroom; inform parents about a child's progress, behavior and needs.
- Experience working with children.
- Experience dealing with a variety of people, including parents, children and colleagues.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
