Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a structured daily routine for children
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or questions
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Implement behavior management strategies when necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or educational setting
1 year preferred
