Daycare Director/Administrator (Odjfs)

Youthland Academy is now hiring for an Administrator. Your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage day-to-day activities at the center
• Be familiar with all ODJFS Child Care Rules
• Be familiar with ODJFS Child Care Vouchers
• Train, encourage, and mentor teachers and other staff.
• Supervise teachers.
• Maintain rapport with parents.
• Handle tours and marketing.
• Work actively with teachers to maintain high curriculum standards.
• Hire, train, and evaluate teachers.
• Visit classrooms and observe teaching methods.
• Meet with other administrators, parents, and community organizations
• Requirements:
• 18 years of age or older

• A CDA, Degree or CPL 2
• Background Check
