SalaryResponsibilities: - Provide high-quality care and supervision for children in a safe and nurturing environment - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote child development and learning - Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children to thrive in - Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times - Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Collaborate with other care specialists to create a cohesive team environment - Follow all policies and procedures related to child care regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience in childcare, toddler care, or infant care is preferred - Experience working with students or in an educational setting is a plus - Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques - Ability to engage children in educational and recreational activities - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment - CPR and First Aid certification is desirable Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
