Cocojune is looking for several hard working, motivated individuals to help run our packing lines! You would be responsible for all necessary task in regards to assembly line packing, operating box making machines, and packaging machines. We value cross training and employee growth, so occasionally you would have the opportunity to assisting with Clean-in-Place procedures, staging, blending, HTST system, culturing, flavoring, packaging, etc. In addition, qualified applicants must be willing to comply with all local, state, federal and company regulations including, but not limited to: OSHA, FDA, EPA and SQF.

Areas of Responsibility:

· Work closely with Line Lead and team members to accurately, efficiently, and safely deliver all production goals

· Areas of responsibility (not limited to only listed): Working on a packing line, capping product, stacking pallets, and performing simple cleaning tasks.

· Innovative and possess ability to multi -task and shift priorities quickly while maintaining control, focus and professionalism in a fast paced and dynamic environment

· Energy, resilience, determination and self motivation needed to challenge the status quo

· Follow instructions and perform routine and repetitious tasks completely/accurately.

· Follow all applicable FS&Q policies. Identifies FS&Q issues in the plant and regularly reports these issues. Prevents employees from doing improper FS&Q tasks.

· At times, work a flexible schedule as needed: Including nights, weekends, and holiDay Shifts

Job Requirements:

· High school Diploma, GED

· Experience with Osgood, Modern, Douglas, and Westrock machines preferred

· Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 Hours

· Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 60 pounds

· Must be at work on time and maintain good attendance

· Must be able to climb ladders, work at heights, work overhead, work in confined spaces and work in very hot and very cool environments

· While performing the duties of this job, the technician is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day
