We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time and part-time positions during daytime hours. We are currently offering a 12-hour shift from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Weekend rotation can be chosen from a weekend warrior position with increased benefits or up to every fourth weekend. Our Reflections Geriatric Mental Health Inpatient Unit boasts a dynamic team supporting your short and long-term career aspirations. Whether you are at the beginning of your nursing journey or seeking a new season in your career, our unit offers an ideal environment.
Collaborating seamlessly as a team, we ensure continuous 24/7 coverage of the unit's needs. Our flexible scheduling options reflect our commitment to your work-life balance including eight or 12-hour shifts, consistent block scheduling, and the choice between full or part-time hours. Additionally, we recognize the importance of your personal time, offering the option to be a weekend warrior or rotate up to every fourth weekend for those who prefer fewer weekends. Position Summary
- Assist with ambulation and lifting for patients.
- Address personal needs, including oral hygiene, toileting, bathing, dressing, and ambulating, following physician orders.
- Maintain continuity among nursing teams through thorough documentation and communication.
- Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and external health agencies.
- Foster a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients, families, and friends.
- Plan, implement, and coordinate nursing care activities and personalized treatment plans.
- Administer treatment interventions, therapies, and medications per diagnosis and physician orders.
- Translate patient needs for nonclinical staff assigned to their care.
- Monitor and document patient symptoms or changes accurately and promptly.
- Complete required patient documentation promptly and efficiently.
- Assure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and regulatory guidelines.

- Be an accredited nursing school graduate with a current Minnesota LPN license
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Maintain CPR Certification on a bi-annual basis
