In this role, this individual will be responsible to process mail, including the review of incoming correspondence and indexing of images to appropriate account(s), and evaluate accounts per company and client guidelines.
In this role, this individual must be able to demonstrate the behaviors and skills described below and must be able to perform a variety of duties which may include but not limited to:
- Review incoming correspondence to determine correspondence type
- Index imaged correspondence to appropriate account(s) following documented procedures
- Data entry of incoming information into appropriate account notes following Company and client specific requirements
- Evaluate account and determine appropriate account handling according to Company and client guidelines
- Manually review and research newly placed accounts with incomplete information
- Manually review account initial letter deletions or omissions
- Generate letter requests per Company and client guidelines
- Understand and adhere to Company information, security and privacy responsibilities as detailed in the Information Resource Usage Policy, Employee Handbook, and client-specific publications.
Skills/Experience:
- 1 – 2 years of data entry and general office experience
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
Education:
- High School diploma of GED
- Associate Degree preferred
