Haley & Aldrich, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and technically capable laboratory analyticalData Validator to join our Data Services Team. This is a full-time position for Haley & Aldrich's office locations nationwide. Hybrid and remote work opportunities are available, with preference for candidates who can work at least 2 days per week in one of our office locations nationwide.   

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:

• Serve as scientist/chemist to perform data validation services.
• Ensure compliance with technical and quality assurance requirements.
• Write or review Quality Assurance Project Plans.
• Provide guidance in value-added ways for our scientists and engineers to leverage data to make informed decisions.
• Work closely with teams working in other offices across the US.
• Understand project requirements and client needs.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• BS/BA degree in geology, environmental science, chemistry, mathematics, statistics, or related subject.  Chemistry preferred.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in a professional services firm or laboratory.
• 2 to 6 years of environmental data validation experience, including a demonstratable ability to review data according to the National Functional Guidelines.
• Proficiency with data acquisition, instrument reporting, and Laboratory Information Management systems or environmental relational database management systems such as EQuIS.
• Knowledge of Federal and state environmental regulatory requirements.

Thesalary range for this position is $30 - $38 per hour. Actual compensation will bebased upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience,certificates, skills, and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrichreviews salary ranges each quarter to ensure we are competitive in the currentmarket.
