- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in the area of student information systems management and data reporting
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to produce public documents and reports
- Knowledge of assessment systems and data-related processes
- Proficiency in database and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Generate and submit required local, state, federal, grant, and audit reports; meet all reporting timelines and requirements.
- Coordinate effective and appropriate use of the student information system across the district in order to maintain accurate, useful, and secure data.
- Plan, develop, and provide training to district staff to support effective data processes and appropriate student data security.
- Provide in-district training related to the student information system; assessment and testing programs; test security; and student data privacy, security, and use.
- Maintain positive and professional working relationships with district administrators and staff.
- Attend meetings related to student registration and information systems, state reporting, state assessments, accreditation, etc.
- Support district-wide reporting and representation of student data, including grades, transcripts, enrollment, attendance, scheduling, and other data requests.
- Stay current and knowledgeable on state requirements, data systems, and data privacy, security, and use; maintain professional memberships as applicable.
- Complete all other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
