The Opportunity
What You Will Do:
- Manage the core components of day-to-day operations for client projects, including:
- Working with Account Managers to understand client needs
- Providing ongoing project management support, acting as the primary point of contact for client questions related to data
- Identifying areas for improvement on projects and proposing appropriate solutions
- Preparing and finalizing project deliverables to ensure all quality standards and project expectations are met
- Work closely with clients and internal teams as data is being collected to ensure comprehensive and accurate transfer of information
- Manage, standardize, transform, and maintain large sets of data to ensure it is standardized using advanced Excel functions; this is often achieved by combining multiple data sets
- Create master workflows and execute testing of functionality using our proprietary software
- Launch work using our platforms and maintain data integrity
- Create reports to proactively inform and update clients on the progress of their respective project(s)
- Coordinate multiple projects at once, keeping track of all deadlines, deliverables and associated tasks
- Communicate with internal teams regularly to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality guidelines and budget
- Help clients identify how Flywheel Content Studio can assist in solving their e-commerce business problems while keeping expectations within the scope of our capabilities, offering and contractual parameters
- Contribute new insights and suggest areas for improvements that can be made to Flywheel platforms, processes and services
- Continuously learn new features as they are added to our software
- Learn about retailer requirements and execute deployment to online retailers
- Provide expert-level knowledge of all Flywheel Content Studio-specific platforms
- Travel as necessary
Who You Are:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Computer Science or a related field
- You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- You have advanced proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc)
- You have a passion for technology and innovation
- You have a self-starter mentality; you thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment and can adapt in ambiguous situations
- You lead with problem solving and can work with limited supervision
- You have the ability to recognize the urgency of situations and respond appropriately
- You have strong communication and presentation skills, both
- You possess phenomenal organizational and critical thinking skills

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
