Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist for a 12+ month contract that is remote.

*** All work must be completed in the US

Must be US Citizen or Green Card - no 3rd party candidates

Scope of project:

Use data and analytical ability to find and interpret rich data sources; manage large amounts of data despite hardware, software, and bandwidth constraints; merge data sources; ensure consistency of data sets; create visualizations to aid in understanding data; build mathematical models using the data; and present and communicate the data insights/findings.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of data science experience


• 3 years of statistical modeling experience


• 3 years working in an agile environment


• 1 year data science experience in cloud computing environments


• 1 year Git experience


• Proficient in Python and SQL


• Knowledge of R


• Strong communication skills (oral and written)


• Ability to effectively work on mixed teams of Data Scientists, data engineers, and software engineers

Additional Desired Requirements:

• 2 years MLFlow experience


• 1 year Azure data science experience


• 1 year of mathematical optimization experience


• 1 year of machine learning operations experience


• 1 year of data engineering experience
