SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST

You will lead the development of AI/ML models, utilizing cloud technologies for client data products. Communicate complex solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize media budgets. Embrace autonomy, foster collaboration, and contribute to innovative data science in a dynamic environment. Join us as a Senior Data Scientist.

What You Will Do:

• Development, optimization, and evaluation of AI/ML models and similar algorithms.
• Utilizing and advocating Cloud as the primary tool for delivering data products to clients.
• Technological review of data science solutions, providing feedback to team members.
• Effective communication of complex DS solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for potential AI/ML products.
• Leading collaboration with product managers, software and data engineers to design scalable AI/ML models.
• Uncovering patterns in data to drive optimization of media budgets.
• Measurement of incremental value provided by data science projects.
• Testing own creations in real-life environments.

• Diverse Cloud Computing Tools: Utilizing tools from various cloud computing services can be advantageous but may pose difficulties for those unfamiliar with a variety of tools.

What You Bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in data science field
• Proven track record of data science projects written in Python, with experience in other programming languages such as R, SAS, etc., and advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Competence in data cleansing, transformation, and model feature creation/abstraction/selection specifically for machine learning.
• Deep understanding of the pros and cons of various data science approaches/methodologies and a proven ability to select the best approach for any given problem (supervised vs unsupervised learning, regression vs classification, etc.).
• Experience with defining predicted variables aligned with business needs.
• Experience creating data pipelines and developing/deploying machine learning models in a business setting.
• Cloud computing proficiency.
• Advanced Communication Skills: Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentoring/Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and mentor junior team members and provide leadership in data science projects.
• Advanced Visualization Skills: Proficiency in creating sophisticated visualizations for comprehensive project presentations.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align data science projects with overall business strategy.
• Change Management: Adaptability to changes and complexities in rapidly growing organizational settings.

Salary range for this position is $120k-$180k plus a bonus potential and is based on prior experience and qualifications.
