Join an established team of Salesforce experts to help take their Salesforce implementation to the next level by helping build an and implement Einstein Discovery. You will primarily use your AI and Machine Learning experience related to Einstein Discovery to orchestrate AI transformation across the sales and marketing value chain for a leading Annuity and Life provider. You will also use your CRM Analytics (Formerly known as Einstein Analytics) experience by collecting and analyzing customer data to turn into valuable insights. Role can be near any CGI office on the east coast (New Brunswick, NJ, NY, NY, Hartford, CT, Plymouth Meeting, PA)
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Einstein Discovery:
Use Einstein Discovery to augment data analysis by exposing relevant facts, themes, and statistical correlations and to make predictions and strategic decisions.
Delivery of strategic reporting & AI solutions built on Einstein Discovery.
Possess and maintain in-depth knowledge of the tool and all the new features as they become available and recommend enhancements based on features released in Einstein Discovery.
CRM Analytics
Provide expertise with the CRM Analytics application including dataset management, governance, security & access, and visualization/dashboard creation.
Develop CRM Analytics application using Data Flows, Recipes, Apps, Lenses, and interactive Dashboards.
General Consultancy:
Assist project team with technical design.
Actively participate in all major technical discussions related to the AI and Machine Learning.
Develop and provide guidance on implementation best practices.
Drive new technologies related to AI and Machine Learning.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Superb communication skills: ability to communicate Client's business team, IT team, and CGI's Salesforce on and offshore development team.
5+ years of consulting experience and/or Analytics implementation experience.
5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
2+ full life cycle projects with strong expertise leading Salesforce Einstein Discovery implementations.
2+ years of Salesforce Einstein Discovery experience.
Hands-on experience implementing Einstein Discovery models.
Experience with CRM Analytics.
Must have good knowledge of SQL, SAQL, SOQL and JSON.
Experience with BI (Tableau, etc.) and ETL Tools (Spark, etc.).
Nice to have certification in Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $84,000 - 204,600.
