Our team
Decision Science is a small start-up focused primarily on servicing financial services firms. We are interested in building a workplace of people who have diverse interests and knowledge and are able to function in a variety of areas within the business. We are looking for a creative thinker who looks for opportunities within challenges, rolls up their sleeves to get things done, values collaboration and communication, and embraces the gray areas.
Our office is not traditional, we believe that a workplace should be fun, so we have a huge record collection, frequent restaurants in Newburyport and Amesbury for lunch, and occasionally visit local golf courses for mid-day “exercise.” We work in person and remotely and believe that as long as what needs to get done gets done it doesn’t matter where you are, or what hours you work.
