We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to be part of the team which is responsible for developing and deploying the Artificial Intelligence solutions of OM1. We use Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning and Generative AI.
What You'll Do at OM1
- Use our standardized, linked data
- Rigorously derive statistical performance metrics and be prepared to communicate them
- Derive supporting evidence to help clinicians understand the value of the AI solutions from their viewpoint
- Work within the Data Science code base architecture to render your solutions production ready
- Develop solutions that read large volumes of data and produce insights in real time.
- Lead your own projects
What You'll Bring to OM1
- Background in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, Statistical modeling
- Hands-on experience coding in Python.
- Experience working with large datasets using SQL
- Familiarity with Closed Box and Open Source LLMs (Prompt Engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation is a plus)
- Experience leading end-to-end Data Science projects from data analysis to model and preferably deployment
- Master's degree in an analytical discipline and 5 years work experience or PhD degree in an analytical discipline and 3 years work experience
