Position: 240009 - Data and Reporting Analyst
Location: Hybrid (Rosemead, CA work in office 1 day a week)
Responsibilities:
- Data entry to software program; produce custom reports (Change Analytics)
- Conduct interviews to gather information
- Consolidate information into reports and/or dashboards
- Create presentations from provided information; present information in meetings as needed
- Build org. charts
- Build graphics that consolidate information into easy reference materials
- Build forms and templates
- Assemble and manage a project plan and schedule, and keep action items in front of team members
- Conduct internet research to gather best practices
- Maintain project records
- Support multiple projects
Required Skills/Attributes
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient Expert in use of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access and Projects
- Ability to create forms, reports, organization charts, and executive-level presentations
- Ability to analyze numerical data
- Ability to present data and communicate effectively
- Ability to draft communications
- Ability to take notes and action items
Desired Skills/Attributes
- Ability to use Visio preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
