Data & Reporting Analyst - 240009 (No 3rd Parties - W2 only)

Position: 240009 - Data and Reporting Analyst
Location: Hybrid (Rosemead, CA work in office 1 day a week)

Responsibilities:

• Data entry to software program; produce custom reports (Change Analytics)
• Conduct interviews to gather information
• Consolidate information into reports and/or dashboards
• Create presentations from provided information; present information in meetings as needed
• Build org. charts
• Build graphics that consolidate information into easy reference materials
• Build forms and templates
• Assemble and manage a project plan and schedule, and keep action items in front of team members
• Conduct internet research to gather best practices
• Maintain project records
• Support multiple projects

Required Skills/Attributes

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficient Expert in use of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access and Projects
• Ability to create forms, reports, organization charts, and executive-level presentations
• Ability to analyze numerical data
• Ability to present data and communicate effectively
• Ability to draft communications
• Ability to take notes and action items

Desired Skills/Attributes

• Ability to use Visio preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
