Title: Data Remediation Analyst
Location: West Des Moines, IA / San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Duration: 12 months with potential to convert or extend
Pay: $32/hr
What You Will Do:
• Data Validation: Guarantee data uniformity across Word and Excel, meticulously validating figures and formats.
• Excel Expertise: Employ advanced Excel capabilities, including formulas and Vlookups, to conduct precise data comparisons.
• Documentation Accuracy: Create and maintain accurate records for each validation step undertaken.
• Compliance and Resolution: Address discrepancies, adhere to internal and external compliance standards, and escalate issues as needed.
• Quality Assurance Vigilance: Ensure the integrity of quality control processes, pinpointing and mitigating risks.
Your Technical Proficiencies:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel – from intermediate to advanced functions.
• Capable of data analysis and managing multiple datasets for validation.
• Familiarity with systems including MSP, ICMP, 10FC, INDIGO, SHAW/HOGAN is desirable.
Soft Skills:
• Reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Independent, detail-oriented work approach.
• Strong time management skills.
• Sense of urgency to address issues.
Required Experience:
• 4+ years in a quality assurance capacity, data validation with finance/banking background highly preferred.
• Experience working with financial systems and compliance regulations.
