Role: Data Migration/Data Migration Engineer

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Stamford, CT

Day one onsite.

Spreadsheets (Excel Advanced vlookups/formulas), PLUS someone who has worked on HR systems doing migrations.

This role will support the following activities related to the conversion of data from multiple sources into one centralized system of record (SAP/Success Factors, Employee Central)

• Manage data conversion activities, including data extraction (primarily from spreadsheets), transformation, and loading.
• Modify/update data collection spreadsheets/templates as required, to be populated by agency resources.
• Support the development and execution of data cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Convert/transform data from multiple data sources (primarily from spreadsheets/templates) into relevant formats for data imports.
• Conduct data validation activities to ensure data integrity and completeness.
• Load data import files.
• Conduct post load data validation & error resolution activities
• Provide technical support to the team for data migration activities, including data validation and error resolution.
