Full-time employee - Remote

Scope of Work:

Capio Group is looking for a Data Migration Specialist to work as part of a system integration team to provide solution implementation, software licensing and maintenance, and optional post-implementation services for the Client. 
The team will develop and implement a Salesforce solution that will replace the client’s existing thirty-one (31) existing program area applications (primarily Microsoft .NET), which often supports overlapping functions, each with its own interfaces and unique outputs. The solution must eliminate the manual effort to process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) for a number of program applications while continuing to electronically process the $1.5 billion annually (and 100,000 transactions per year) for the fund  which is currently managed via Oracle E-Business Suite. 
The implementation services include all the work required to prepare, modify, and configure the solution to meet solution requirements including the preparation and loading of data, system testing, applicable training, organizational change management, go-live and post-go-live support.

The Data Migration Specialist is responsible for overall Data Migration planning, implementation, and validation testing. Specific tasks including but not limited to:

  1. Oversees data cleansing, Data Migration planning, and Data Migration Leverages Extract Transform Load (ETL).
  2. Leverages ETL approaches according to best practices.
  3. Works closely with Solution Architect to develop a secondary data source.

Mandatory Experience:

  1. Within the  last 15 years, served in a lead role on a complex IT project(s) with a contract value of at least ten-million ($10M) for five (5) years performing Data Migration activities for a cloud-based SaaS solution(s).

  2. Within the  last 15 years, served in a lead role on a complex IT project(s) with a contract value of at least ten-million ($10M) for two (2) years involving database development.

  3. Within the  last 15 years, served in a lead role on a complex IT project(s) with a contract value of at least ten-million ($10M) for two (2) years managing, designing, documenting, migrating, and evaluating Oracle databases and Oracle E-Business (EBS).

  4. Within the  last 15 years, served in a lead role on a complex IT project(s) with a contract value of at least ten-million ($10M) for two (2) years managing, designing, documenting, migrating, and evaluating Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) databases.

  5. Within the  last 15 years, served in a lead role on a complex IT project(s) with a contract value of at least ten-million ($10M) for two (2) years performing Data Migration activities for phased implementation projects while maintaining data integrity.

  6. Within the  last 15 years, served in a lead role on a complex IT project(s) with a contract value of at least ten million ($10M) for two (2) years performing Data Migration on the proposed primary software solution.

  7. Must be able to provide references for all projects used to meet the Mandatory and Desirable Qualifications.

Desirable Experience :

  1. Within the  last 15 years, served in a lead role for one (1) year on a complex information technology (IT) project with a contract value of at least ten million ($10M) performing Data Migration for a financial system(s) that processed:

    1. a minimum of two hundred thousand (200,000) transactions or

    2. a minimum of two hundred million ($200M) dollars worth of transactions annually.
