Under the supervision of a Senior Manager, the incumbent provides operational and technical support to the H&W plan administration team. The incumbent also manages and maintains database information for clients who have outsourced their Health & Wealth plan administration to our firm and manages reports prepared with this information.
Responsibilities
• Ensure daily operational tasks are done accurately and on a timely manner.
• Ensure that the information contained in the updates of our clients' HRIS and payroll systems (databases) is processed quickly and accurately
• Provide required support for transferring to our internal databases transactions carried out by employees on Lifeworks' transactional Web sites
• Design and produce required administrative reports (standard and special)
• Ensure quality control and integrity of our databases
• Document various procedures and/or technological documentation (technical and user)
• Respond to technical requests and needs of the administration team (clients and internal users)
Qualifications
• Diploma in computer sciences or an education/work experience considered relevant to the position
• Very good aptitude for communication, both oral and written, - bilingualism (French/English) an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in Excel and Access.
• Good knowledge of SQL tools, databases, SSIS or Web applications will be considered an asset
• Creativity, attention to detail and initiative
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines, proven analytical skills and ability to synthesize information, organizational skills and flexibility in managing several projects
• Enthusiasm, good team spirit and ability to work without supervision
• A quick learner
