Work you'll do

  • Implement risk management programs by utilizing NIST, FISMA, HIPAA, and PII.
  • Completing tasks related to the integration of "next" DLP API integrations
  • Handling operations and deliveries in Netskope CASB, DLP and in-line SaaS protections.
  • Delivering and managing an Agile stack of data protection rule changes
  • Synthesizing alert/event data and compiling reports for a variety of audiences for implementation of policy tuning
  • Document complex technology, data protection, confidentiality, and data residency solutions.
  • Monitor the privacy landscape for regulatory changes surrounding data privacy, data protection, data confidentiality, data classification, and data residency.
  • Assist clients with identifying gaps within existing privacy programs and designing solutions to help address those challenges.

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
  • Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • 1+ years' of experience with Data Loss Prevention and privacy
  • 1+ years' experience with Netskope, DLP/CASB/CSPM
  • Experience owning and completing tasks related to the integration of "next" DLP API integrations
  • Experience doing research on new Netskope functions and incrementally implementing updates
  • Experience with operations and delivery of Netskope CASB, DLP, in-line SaaS protections and API connections
  • Experience delivering and managing Agile stack of data protection ruleset changes
  • Experience working with US privacy legislation such as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), stated privacy laws, state data breach laws, and the capability to apply regulatory requirements within an operational context
  • Experience documenting complex technology, data protection, confidentiality, and data residency solutions

 Preferred:

  • Hold at least one Data Protection and/or Privacy certification such as, CIPP, CIPT, ISEB, etc.
  • Experience scripting with PowerShell and Windows Group Policies

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,529.00 to $179,875.00.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
