Additional Information About the Role

Hybrid position.  (Must live in the metro St. Louis area).

 

BJC is hiring for a Data Integrity Specialist.  This person will be responsible for manintaing the Aims database.   Experience with MS Office is required.  Ideal candidate will have a background in clinical/healthcare equipment.

In Clinical Engineering our mission is to provide a team of empowered professionals providing continued improvement in patient care and equipment planning & support technologies. BJC Healthcares' Clinical Engineering (Clinical Asset Management) team providesoperational support and maintenance management of diagnostic, treatment, and patient support technologies.Specific service areas include, Medical equipment planned maintenance services, Medical equipment demand and corrective maintenance services, Operational support for functions employing medical technology, Support of Risk Management and EH&S functions, Technology asset management support, acquisition and disposal, Technology maintenance contract management, Technology capital project planning and management.


Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Responsible for the performance, development and Data Integrity of the CMMS database. Provides governance over all CMMS functions. Assess system permissions and apply to appropriate personnel. Responsible for the development and delivery of CMMS training modules. Manage and apply regular audits for database inventory accuracy. Develop and maintain system dashboards. Communicate process performance to leadership. Support BJC Collaborative with statistical (reporting) information. Promote continuous process improvement. Responsible for the development and accuracy of Capital Planning reports for BJC and the BJC Collaborative members.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure system safety controls via assigned permissions.
  • Perform regular maintenance and review of data to ensure database accuracy.
  • Create and implement standardized process audits, report findings to leadership and assist in the development of action plans.
  • Develop and deliver required CMMS training to Clinical Asset Management staff (Operations, Projects and Administrative Support functions).
  • Generate and write reports based on management and leadership request to accommodate BJC and the BJC Collaborative members.
