Salary: $42,000- $45,000salary; Commensurate with experience

Position Summary:
As a Data Integrity Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our organization's Human Resources data. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining data quality standards, processes, and protocols across various data sources, systems, and departments. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in preserving Data Integrity, supporting data-driven decision-making, and preventing data-related issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Data Validation and Cleansing: Perform routine data quality checks, identify discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies, and take corrective actions to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
- Data Standardization: Develop and enforce data standardization procedures and guidelines to ensure uniform data formats, naming conventions, and classifications.
- Data Auditing: Conduct regular data audits to identify data quality issues, trends, and anomalies, and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Data Entry and Validation Tools: Utilize data entry and validation tools, software, or scripts to streamline data validation processes and improve efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve data quality issues reported by end-users or identified through monitoring, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on data quality metrics, trends, and improvements to relevant stakeholders and management.
- Daily Onboarding Tracking
- Daily Job Change History Updates
- Daily HR Action (Employee Personnel Changes) Approvals and Updates
- Position Management Updates and Maintenance
- Quarterly Audits between UKG/ADP
- ACA “Preventative” Reporting/Auditing
- Unused Deduction Reconciliation
- Benefits Reporting to the Field/Other Departments
- Union/Vendor Benefits/Retirement Invoice Reconciliation
- Other ad hoc duties/projects as required related to Data Integrity

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Math or equivalent experience
- Experience working with UKG Ready strongly preferred
- Other experience desired: ADP Workforce Now, PlanSource Benefits, iCIMS Applicant Tracking, Mojo HelpDesk
- Demonstrated abilities to the Microsoft Office Suite of products (most importantly Excel, Access, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Detail oriented, adaptable to change in a fast-growing company, willing to learn, and able to work quickly
