Growing Oxygen/Respiratory Service company with headquarters in Wallingford, is looking for a Data Integrity specialist with some billing duties. Responsibilities:
- Process all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Process all work orders and delivery tickets daily from branch offices
- Update system for all equipment for Patient names and Preventive Maintenance
- Perform office tasks such as scanning, faxing, copying and filing as needed
- Maintain customer profiles in QuickBooks for any changes as they arise
- Help billing specialist close and produce all month end reports and invoices in a timely manner
- Reconcile inventory issues as they pertain to invoices
- Screen and direct incoming calls and creating work orders to log call
- Maintain all inventory files in an accurate, organized manner
- Perform other duties as assigned. Assist other staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills with accurate data entry and strong knowledge in Excel
- Must be detail oriented, able to work independently with good follow up skills
- Team player with the ability to multi-task
- Minimum of HS Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree desirable
- Ability to adapt to change, demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to accept accountability
- Able to effectively interact with all levels of staff and management
- Must be punctual and dependable
