Job description

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.

SUMMARY

The Deposit Input Analyst I will centrally input, review and correct deposit data within the Core Database. The analyst will communicate and coordinate with Centers and Departments to ensure requests are completely timely and accurately. Provide back up support to other Fiserv Deposit related systems including Integrated Teller and Business Process Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complies with, and stays abreast of, all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  • Provides service support to internal clients, creating and/or reviewing Name, Address and Portfolio records within Fiserv Premier ensuring requests are handled effectively, avoid duplication, and key performance benchmarks are met.
  • Reviews and calls back various middle office quality control reports ensuring data standards and input are followed with minimum supervision and guidance.
  • Participates in data cleanup projects related to Premier Applications.
  • Performs mass maintenance as needed to groups of accounts, products, or settings ensure data integrity is present in the core database.
  • Assists Management with various tasks, projects and deliverables.
  • Provides support and assistance with Business Process Manager and Integrated Teller programs.
  • Prepares and provides training and documentation for system upgrades for end users.
  • Completes periodic certifications to ensure data quality and balancing is sustained.
  • Actively supports Bank acquisitions, center mergers and similar events, managing responsibilities and assignments accurately and on time.
  • Provide, present, and promote the Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED; and six months related experience or training.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to apply basic math concepts to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals using a PC or calculator.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS

  • Excellent working knowledge of FiServ Premier.
  • Ability to use standard Office applications.
