YourResponsibilities: Youwill actively collaborate & coordinate with Product Management, Marketing,Portfolio Development & R&D organizations across multiple businesssegments and partners in a matrix setup, to achieve the following for the DataHub Integration Portfolio Createa Center of Excellence to build and deliver Best Practices Playbook with Prescriptiveguidance on use of specific products from the Data Hub Portfolio with exampleuse-cases, art-of-possible, demos, and other collateral Enablethe field functionally & technically to best position the Data Hub portfolioofferings for sales and customer success; at multiple levels (Portfolio, Pre-Sales,Sales, Solution Architecture, Services) Communicatedirection to stakeholders in a timely, effective, and clear fashion; leveragingthe collateral generated by the Center of Excellence & Go-to-Marketinitiative, for internal & external messaging Create& execute a strong communication plan, including Newsletters, Webinars,eLearning Bringin field feedback to Product Managers, GTM lead and Marketing Manager, to makesure that the collateral and G2M strategies address and reflects the marketneeds Asan SME, provide Customer engagement support to the sales organization Supportmonitoring of large & special customer engagements Requirements: Bachelor'sDegree 5+years of relevant professional experience in Field Enablement Adeep, technical understanding of technology concepts such as Cloud,Integration, multi-tier distributed architecture, enterprise software, SaaS andrelated Web/CloudTechnology Experience 5+years Cross Organization engagement & Ability to interface with internaland external customers of varying technical abilities (Development, Marketing, Sales,Services, Partners, etc.) Superiorverbal and written communications skills with high attention to detailincluding precise and effective communications Abilityto work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment,with attention to detail and organizational skills PreferredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Anunderstanding and experience of integration landscapes, data & processgovernance, modern enterprise data architectural patterns Deepindustrial knowledge and experience in one or more sectors; Enterprise / IT,PLM, OT Presalesand or Services technical experience is ideal, as the role will involve workinga lot with our pre-sale's & services teams Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. The salary rangefor this position is $116,900 to $210,400 and this role is eligible to earnincentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
